Things people ask before booking.
Do I need to be home during the visit?
Most clients are not. A door code, a lockbox, or a key on file all work. Your cleaner texts when they arrive and when they lock up, with a photo of the door if you want one.
Do you bring your own supplies and equipment?
Yes, everything: vacuum, mop, cloths, and products. If you prefer we use your products, or need fragrance-free everywhere, tell us once and it goes in your home's notes.
Are you comfortable with pets?
Very. Tell us their names and their rules. Dogs usually supervise the vacuuming, cats usually pretend not to watch, and gates or closed doors are always respected.
What happens if something gets missed?
Tell us within 24 hours and we come back to re-clean that area free. It is rare, because the final walkthrough runs against the same checklist the visit started with.
