01 / Services

One call covers the whole system.

Heat side in red, cool side in blue, and the parts that carry the air in between. If it moves warmth around your house, it is our job.

Heat

Furnace repair & replacement

Gas and electric furnaces diagnosed, repaired, or replaced. Every combustion job ends with a carbon monoxide test and a written result.

Heat + Cool

Heat pump systems

One system, both jobs. We size heat pumps for real Portland winters, not for the brochure, so the backup heat almost never runs.

Cool

Air conditioning

Central AC installed and tuned for the heat waves Portland actually gets. Sized to the house, so it cools without the humidity swings.

Cool

Ductless mini-splits

Room-by-room comfort for older homes, additions, and ADUs. No ductwork required, and the upstairs finally sleeps cool in August.

Air

Ducts & air quality

Sealing, balancing, filtration, and ventilation. Half of comfort is the equipment. The other half is the air path it feeds.

Heat + Cool

Maintenance & tune-ups

Seasonal tune-ups on a 27-point checklist that catch small problems while they are still small and cheap.

02 / Why Steadfast

Steady hands, safe homes.

Heating and cooling is safety work before it is comfort work. Here is what that means when we are standing at your door.

SPEC 01

Flat-rate quotes, in writing

You approve the exact price before any work begins. The number on the quote is the number on the invoice.

SPEC 02

Combustion safety, every time

Furnace work ends with a carbon monoxide test, and you keep the written result. No exceptions, no extra charge.

SPEC 03

Background-checked techs Screening policy here

Written as concept copy: badged techs, trained on the exact equipment in your home before they touch it. On a real build this slot names the owner's actual screening provider and policy.

SPEC 04

Respect for your home

Shoe covers on, floors covered, and a cleanup pass before we leave. We haul the old unit away and recycle what we can.

SPEC 05

Licensed, bonded, insured CCB number goes here

This concept holds no license and no policy, because the company is fictional. On a real build the owner's CCB number and insurance details sit right here, verifiable in one click.

SPEC 06

Answers, not voicemail

Call during business hours and a person picks up. After hours, no-heat calls get a callback first thing in the morning.

Who runs it Sample owner profile

The name on the truck answers the phone.

Steadfast Air was started by a technician, not an investor. Dale Whitaker spent fourteen years in Portland crawlspaces and attics before hanging his own shingle in 2016, and he still reviews the load calculation behind every replacement quote that leaves this shop.

Ten years on, it is still two trucks and four people, and nobody works on commission. That works out to a couple of jobs a day per truck, which is the pace he wants. If something goes sideways on your job, the number you call is his.

Your photo goes here. Customers hire the person, not the logo.

The owner name and story above are written for this concept. On a real build this slot carries the owner's own photo, name, and words, which is usually the single most-read block on the page.

Fictional company shown for demonstration. The promises above model how Rush Webworks writes trust copy for a real trades client.

03 / The process

An install you can watch us verify.

Most comfort complaints trace back to equipment that was never sized or tested properly. So we measure first, install second, and prove it before we leave.

STEP 01

Measure the house

We run a room-by-room load calculation: windows, insulation, orientation, ductwork. The house tells us the size, not the brochure.

STEP 02

Right-size the system

Oversized equipment short-cycles, runs loud, and dies young. We quote the size the math supports and show you the numbers behind it.

STEP 03

Clean install day

Floors covered, refrigerant lines pressure-tested, electrical to code, condensate routed properly, old equipment hauled off the same day.

STEP 04

Test and prove it

Static pressure, refrigerant charge, airflow, and carbon monoxide, all measured and logged. You see the readings, not just a thumbs up.

STEP 05

Walk through together

You learn the thermostat, the filter schedule, and what normal sounds like. Every warranty gets registered before the truck leaves.

04 / Plans & financing

Membership keeps small problems small.

A cracked igniter found in October costs a service call. Found in January, it costs a cold weekend and an emergency rate. Members never find out the hard way.

New system, monthly number.

A full system replacement is a four- or five-figure day. Financing spreads it into a payment that sits next to the utility bill it just lowered. Approval takes minutes, not weeks.

Sample pricing  Example: new heat pump from $94/mo on approved credit. Rates and terms on a real build come from the owner's actual lender.

05 / Reviews

Comfortable homes talk. Sample reviews for demonstration

These are written for the concept. On a real build, this carousel carries the client's actual review feed, curated monthly.

Furnace died on a Friday night in January. They had heat back on Saturday afternoon and the invoice matched the quote exactly.
Dana M. · Sellwood
They talked us out of the bigger unit another company pushed. Two summers later the house holds 71 like it is nothing.
Chris B. · Beaverton
The tech showed me the carbon monoxide reading and left the printout on the furnace. Nobody had ever done that before.
Priya S. · St. Johns
Mini-splits in a 1926 house with zero ductwork. Clean line runs, no mess, and the upstairs finally sleeps cool.
Jordan L. · Vancouver
The fall tune-up caught a cracked igniter before the cold snap. That is the whole reason we joined the plan.
Sam R. · Gresham
On time, shoe covers on, old AC hauled away, and the crew swept the driveway on the way out.
Elena V. · Lake Oswego

This button does nothing on purpose. On a real build it opens the owner's Google Business Profile, where every review is public and unedited.
