What we do

Six ways to get your space back

Every job gets the same deal: a flat price before we start, a crew that hustles, and a swept floor when we leave.

Furniture & appliance removal

Sofas, sectionals, fridges, washers. We handle the lifting, the stairs, and the awkward doorway angles.

Garage & basement cleanouts

Twenty years of stuff, gone in an afternoon. We sort, load, and sweep before we roll out.

Full home & estate cleanouts

Moving, downsizing, or handling a family estate. We work room by room with care and a clear plan.

Yard debris & storm cleanup

Branches, sod, old fencing, leftover landscaping piles. We haul what the green bin never could.

Hot tubs, sheds & swing sets

The big awkward stuff. We break it down, load it out, and leave the pad clean and ready.

Construction & remodel debris

Drywall, flooring, cabinets, fixtures. Contractor friendly and scheduled around your build.

How it works

Point. Price. Gone.

Point

Show us the pile in person, or text a photo. That is the entire job description. No forms in triplicate.

Price

You get one flat number based on how much truck space it fills. You approve it before we touch a thing.

Gone

We load it, sweep the spot, and haul it off. Donation and recycling first, transfer station last.

  • Flat volume pricing. No hourly meter, no fuel surprise at the end.
  • Usable furniture goes to local nonprofits before anything hits a landfill.
  • Real humans answer the phone, Monday through Saturday.

What a load usually runs

Sample pricing for demonstration

No mystery quotes and no hourly meter. Junk removal is priced by the space your stuff takes up in the truck, so here is roughly where the tiers land before we ever pull up to the curb.

Minimum load One or two items $95 to $145 A single mattress, one recliner, a dead water heater. Curbside or just inside the garage.
Quarter truck About 4 cubic yards $225 to $295 A small pickup bed worth. One corner of the garage, a dorm cleanout, a couple of appliances.
Half truck About 8 cubic yards $375 to $455 A sectional plus the boxes stacked behind it, or a full garage bay. This is the job we run most.
Full truck About 15 cubic yards $595 to $695 The box truck packed to the roof. A whole garage, a basement, or a storage unit cleared to the walls.

Sample tiers for this concept build. Real numbers move with stairs, long carries, and transfer station surcharges on mattresses, tires, and Freon appliances. Your flat price is confirmed on site and approved by you before a single item gets loaded. On a live build, the owner sets these tiers to match their own truck size and local dump fees.

Word of mouth

Neighbors talk Sample reviews for demonstration

★★★★★

"They quoted my garage over text, showed up Saturday morning, and by lunch I could park inside again. First time in six years."

Rachel M. · SE Portland
★★★★★

"Fair flat price and zero pressure. They took the whole garage load, set the old paint cans aside as something they cannot haul, and told me which county drop-off takes them."

Devin K. · Beaverton
★★★★★

"Booked Tuesday, hauled Thursday. The crew was fast, careful in the hallway, and swept up before they left."

Tonya S. · Vancouver

This is a slot, not a working button, so it goes nowhere on purpose. On a live build it opens the owner's own Google Business Profile, where the real star rating and review count live and update themselves. Haul Ranger is a fictional company, so there is no listing to link, and the 4.9 rating at the top of this page is sample content rather than a real score.

Your photo goes here. Customers hire the person, not the logo. One honest shot of you standing next to the truck outsells any illustration.

Who you are calling

The guy who answers rides in the truck

Haul Ranger is a small crew, not a call center. Dial the number and you get the owner. He prices the job, he shows up for the job, and he is the one sweeping the garage floor before the truck pulls away.

That is the whole pitch. One flat number, a crew that hustles, and a name you can put a face to when something needs making right.

Owner name goes here Owner and lead hauler

Coverage and paperwork

Placeholder credentials
  • Bonded and insured: policy number goes here Policy #000000
  • Certificate on request: carrier name goes here Insurance carrier name On a live build, emailed straight to you, or to your property manager, before the truck rolls out.
  • Where the load goes: disposal partners go here Transfer station and recycler names On a live build the owner names the permitted transfer station, the recycler, and the donation partner each load goes to, and hands you the receipts.

Junk hauling is not a CCB licensed trade in Oregon, so the honest badge here is coverage rather than a contractor number. These are empty slots on a concept page: nothing here claims a policy is currently in force. On a live build they carry the owner's real policy number and carrier name.

Quick answers

Before you call

What do you take, and what can't you take?

Almost anything two people can lift: furniture, appliances, electronics, yard debris, remodel scrap, hot tubs, the works. We cannot take wet paint, chemicals, asbestos, or other hazardous materials, but we will point you to the right local drop-off for those.

How does the pricing actually work?

By volume. You pay for the space your stuff takes up in the truck, not by the hour. You see the flat price before we load a single item, and it does not change midway through the job.

Do I need to be home for the pickup?

Not always. For curbside piles and open garages, plenty of folks just point us at the stuff by photo, leave the gate unlocked, and settle up by phone once it is gone.

Where does my stuff end up?

Donation and recycling come first. Furniture in decent shape goes to local nonprofits, metal gets recycled, and only the true junk rides to the transfer station. That is better for the neighborhood and usually cheaper for you.
