What this site collects
If you fill out one of our forms (the mockup request or the Signature build inquiry), we get what you enter: your name, business name, email, your phone number if you give one, what you do, where you work, how long you have been in business, links to your work or current website, any photos you attach, the plan and timeline you pick, and whatever you tell us about your work or the site you want. That information is used to build your mockup, plan your project, and reply to you. It is not sold, shared, rented, or added to any marketing list.
Analytics and ads
We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages people read, so we know what is working. We also use Microsoft Advertising’s tag, which sets cookies so Microsoft can tell us when someone who clicked one of our Bing ads sends an inquiry. Microsoft collects data from your visit to provide that measurement, as described in the Microsoft Privacy Statement, and you can turn off personalized ads from Microsoft in your Microsoft ad settings. If you arrive from an ad, the click identifiers and campaign tags in the link are stored in your own browser for up to 90 days and attached to your inquiry if you send one, so we know which ad brought you. That data stays between us and the ad platforms’ measurement tools, Google’s and Microsoft’s; we do not sell it or share it with anyone else. Your visual quality preference (the setting in the footer) also lives in your browser and never leaves it.
Where form submissions go
Form submissions (including any photos you attach) are delivered to our email through Splitforms, our form-handling service, and live in that inbox. If you book a call, scheduling runs through Calendly under their own terms. Ask us to delete your submission and it is gone: email rush@rushwebworks.com and we will confirm within two business days.
Client sites are different
Websites we build for clients may run their own analytics or tracking, chosen by each business. Their privacy policies are their own; this one covers rushwebworks.com only.
