What this site collects
If you fill out the mockup request form, we get what you typed: your name, business name, email, and whatever you tell us about your work. That information is used to build your mockup and reply to you. It is not sold, shared, rented, or added to any marketing list.
Analytics and ads
We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages people read, so we know what is working. If you arrive from an ad, the click identifiers and campaign tags in the link are stored in your own browser for up to 90 days and attached to your inquiry if you send one, so we know which ad brought you. That data stays between us and Google’s measurement tools; we do not sell it or share it with anyone else. Your visual quality preference (the setting in the footer) also lives in your browser and never leaves it.
Where form submissions go
Form submissions (including any photos you attach) are delivered to our email through Splitforms, our form-handling service, and live in that inbox. If you book a call, scheduling runs through Calendly under their own terms. Ask us to delete your submission and it is gone: email hello@rushwebworks.com and we will confirm within two business days.
Client sites are different
Websites we build for clients may run their own analytics or tracking, chosen by each business. Their privacy policies are their own; this one covers rushwebworks.com only.
